With his 360˚ involvement and experience, you can rest assured knowing that your flooring needs will be met with superior service and expertise.

    Our Founder and Managing Director, John Dorich, has been in the flooring industry for over 10 years. He has 360˚ experience with the flooring process as an installer, estimator, and project manager. John’s industry leading expertise provides the foundation for Grounded Flooring’s specialised service and team of professional installers.Our team consists of only the most skilled and experienced installers which allows us to deliver the superior service our clients love. You won’t find another team of installers with such meticulous attention to detail, professional workmanship, and commitment to customer service.All of our installers are also certified Master Installers, accredited by Quick-Step/Premium Floors through their Quick-Step Academy for Excellence in Flooring. As certified Quick-Step Master Installers, we can offer a Lifetime Installation Warranty on all installations of Quick-Step products.
